Prior to Affiliate Marketing

The skincare company came to us in November 2013 with some online presence. They wanted us to manage their affiliate marketing program, increase the overall business revenue and clientele. Their “affiliate program” was already hosted in Shareasale, Linkconnector and Commission Factory networks.

Our Approach

  • We reviewed their current affiliate program account of each network and found out what was missing from their program.

  • We started working on their plan with changes in the program bio, email responder, newsletter, etc.

  • We also created some banners, product feeds, text links, etc.

  • We created a dynamic and static banner as a holiday and event promotion.
  • We participated in all holiday events of affiliated networks. We added the bonus for top performing affiliates, which help them to earn more commission from clients and generated lots of sales in this duration.

Total they do have around 2100+ affiliateson board & running affiliate program in 4 affiliate network. They are get sales from affiliates on a daily basis. Affiliate sales have been increasing. They do have 3.4% conversion ratio.
